DX-1100: compact and fanless workstation based on 8th gen. Intel Core and Xeon processors

Contradata presents the new Cincoze DX-1100 fanless system, dedicated to high-end edge computing applications. This system is based on the Intel C246 chipset with 8th gen. Intel Celeron, Pentium, Core i3 / i5 / i7 and Xeon processors (Coffee Lake family) and It's an ultra-compact (only 3.2 liter) and high-performance fanless workstation. Thanks to the new 6-core architecture, implemented for the first time on the 8th generation of Intel Core processors, it can be used in the most demanding high end and multi-task applications.

DX-1100 combines compactness, modularity, richness of interfaces and has been developed for industrial, automotive and railway applications. Thanks to CMI (Combined Multiple I/O) and CFM (Control Function Module) technologies it is possible to offer customers a range of customized solutions, adding functions and I/O interfaces upon request. The range of CMI and CFM modules includes RS-232/422/485 "powered" serial ports, Digital I/O with optical isolation, LAN, Power-over-Ethernet ports with M12 or RJ45 connections and Power Ignition modules for vehicle applications. Wireless connectivity includes 3x Mini PCI Express sockets, 1x SIM socket and 1x M.2 2230 socket (E Key) with Intel CNVi technology support.

Like all Cincoze systems, the DX-1100 is based on rugged design criteria. In fact, the system offers an extreme operating temperature range from -40 ° to + 70 ° C, high tolerance to vibrations and shocks (5/50 Grms) and is based on a "uni-body" chassis that provides an efficient heat dissipation. It is completely cable-free, fanless and offers a wide range power input from 9 to 48 VDC with over-voltage, over-current and reverse polarity protection. DX-1100 has also passed strict product certifications including EN-50155, EN-50121-3-2, EN-60950-1 and E-Mark.
